About The Photographer

Hello!! My name is Christine. I'm a 25 year old married woman from Pittsburgh Pa. I live in a shabby chic home with my hubby and our 3 pets who drive me nuts (husband included) but i love them and wouldn't trade them for the world :) I'm a very simple person and i live my life the same way. I try to just live by three simple words live, love and laugh because let's face it life is to short to do otherwise. I like all sorts of things so for me to name them all we would be here forever and a day.. but the things i enjoy the most are photography, art in general, sewing, reading, animals, nature, hockey, cooking, law, tea & coffee, sunflower seeds, chocolate and lots of other things. As for who i am on a deeper note i cannot give you in so little words a description of who i am. I have been told over and over again that i am not a person who is not meant to be understood, that i am very undefinable and that is simply the truth.

Random Information About Me

I am always doing research on something or another. I am what you would call a "nerd" if i find something that interests me you won't see me for a week because i have been known to dive full force into nerd mode and spend lot's of time at my computer looking things up, in the book store looking for books, in the movie store looking for movies on it or looking for information on the tv.

I love my cat and would kill for him. He's the sweetest little thing since sugar. Don't get me wrong i do love my dogs also but my cat is my favorite. Right now he's laying on my sewing table on my batting. I told him no six hundred times but he refuses to listen so i gave in and now i guess I'll just use the batting for a new bed for him. I bet he was scheming the entire time for a new bed lol

Photography Background

It all started with my dad. When i was a child my father was always pointing his Ricoh Slr in my face and i loved it. I was a little ham back then, it should have been a sign that i would be the one to be completely obsessed with it. I started just taking photographs with my mothers little keystone 110 camera i was in my early teenage years. The film cost a dollar so i took a lot of photos. I carried that camera with me everywhere all through junior high and high school. I then ended up with digital camera a kodak something then i found one that was a little better a fuji s5100 and then i discovered dslr's and the rest was history. I simply cannot imagine my life without photography. It's such a big part of my life now that i don't think i could ever just let it go. I'll be taking photographs until i no longer can.
